My Weightloss Challenge

I’ve decided that I am tired of being fat. I’ve decided that as of today, I will be working on weight loss as a priority.

I’ve weighed in at 245lbs this morning. My goal: 165.

I will be working (right now) at keeping my caloric intake under 1500 calories, and workout to burn 20% of my total caloric intake + any overage.

Today’s Meals

Breakfast:
Oatmeal: 160 Calories

Lunch:
Lean Cuisine Alfredo Pasta: 300 Calories

Dinner:
Village Inn VIB:
Hasbrowns: 105 Calories
Bacon 2 pieces: 87 Calories
French Toast (2 pieces): 356 Calories
Egg & Cheese Omelet: 256 Calories

Total: 804 Calories

Snacks:
Nature Valley Almond Bar: 190 Calories

Total Calories for the day: 1453

Workout: Nil
