Lunch:

Tuna on Crackers: 310 Calories

Dinner:
Talapia, Green beans, corn & Peaches

Talapia (1/4 lb): 146 Calories
Green Beans (1/2 cup): 20 Calories
Corn (3/4 Cup): 90 Calories
Peaches (2/3 Cup): 40 Calories

Total: 296 Calories

Snacks:
Nature Valley Almond Bar: 190 Calories
2TBSP Skittles: 85 Calories
2 TBSP Reces Pieces: 99 Calories

Total Calories for the day: 1400

Workout: Nil
