Today’s Meals

Breakfast:
Mini-Wheats Mixed Berry Cereal (3/4 cup): 135 Calories
2% Milk (1 cup): 122 Calories

Total Calories: 257

Lunch:
Lean Cuisine Garlic Chicken: 280 Calories

Dinner:
Pizza (Papa Murphy’s with Cheese Bread)

Approx 770 Calories

 

Snacks:
Nature Valley Almond Bar: 190 Calories

Total Calories for the day: 1500

Workout: Nil
