Today’s Meals

Breakfast:
Mini-Wheats Maple & Brown Sugar Cereal (2/3 cup):  120 Calories
2% Milk (2/3 cup): 81 Calories

Total Calories: 201

Lunch:
Peanut Butter & Apricot Jelly Sandwich: 421 Calories

Dinner:
Angel Hair pasta with Shrimp & bell peppers

634 Calories

Snacks:
None

Total Calories for the day: 1257

Workout: Raking rocks out of mom’s driveway for approximately 45 minutes (289 Calories burnt)
10 minutes on elliptical (117 calories burnt)

Net calories for the day 851
